Abstract

This study, starting from an analysis of the "Affari Legali" insert in the weekly newspaper "Italia Oggi Sette," aims to draw attention to the communication of law, viewed through the eyes of a legal scholar. It gives way to new studies and research in a still underexplored field. The research reveals that the connection between law and information lies in fundamental principles that place communication and a jurisprudential basis at the center of the relationship between the user and the journalist. This occurs through a process that can be well defined as complex connectivity, leading to a kind of overcoming of technical distance through the constant integration of all those elements typical of informative communication. This integration necessitates contextualizing the phenomenon of law within fundamentally highly scientific informational dynamics.
