Abstract

This paper aims at presenting a reflection upon some of the main mechanisms with which the semantic representativeness can be guaranteed by organization and representation knowledge systems with reference to a specialized domain of study. The analysis will dive into the concept of term uniqueness and update within these semantic resources. The perspective is to offer a methodological approach that could be employed over other domains characterized by a specialized terminological asset extracted from a source documentation strictly compliant with the sector of interest.
